Tom Lee, CFA AC
Co-founder and Head of Research
Thomas Lee is a Managing Partner and the Head of Research at Fundstrat Global Advisors. He is an accomplished Wall Street strategist with over 25 years of experience in equity research, and has been top-ranked by Institutional Investor every year since 1998. Prior to co-founding Fundstrat, he served as J.P. Morgan’s Chief Equity Strategist from 2007 to 2014, and previously as Managing Director at Salomon Smith Barney. His areas of expertise include Market Strategy, Small/Mid-Cap Strategy and Telecom Services. Mr. Lee received his BSE from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. He is a CFA charterholder and is an active member of NYSSA and the NY Economic Club.
Mark L. Newton, CMT AC
Head of Technical Strategy
Mark Newton brings over 25 years of buy- and sell-side market experience to his role as Head of Technical Strategy at Fundstrat. Prior to joining Fundstrat, he was the Managing Member and Owner of Newton Advisors LLC, and previously worked at Diamondback Capital Management and Morgan Stanley as a Technical Strategist. Earlier in his career, he traded equity options as a market maker and floor trader on the CBOE and has extensive experience in risk management. He is a member of the Market Technicians Association and a former member of the CBOE, CBOT, and PHLX. Mark regularly shares his market insights and technical perspectives on CNBC, FOX Business, Yahoo Finance, NYSE TV, and Bloomberg.
Ken Xuan, CFA, FRM AC
Head of Data Science Research
Ken Xuan is the Head of Data Science Research at FS Insight where he optimizes and tests FS Insight’s proprietary portfolio models. He also manages and maintains FS Insight’s cryptocurrency and blockchain databases. Ken started his career at West Monroe Partners as an operations strategy consultant. Ken holds a B.S. degree in Management, Economics from Purdue University and an M.S. degree in Operations Research from Columbia University.
Sean Farrell AC
Head of Digital Asset Strategy, Fundstrat
Sean Farrell is the Head of Digital Asset Strategy at Fundstrat, where he leads the firm’s research on crypto markets and blockchain innovation. He is a frequent guest on Coinage and FinTech TV and other crypto-focused media outlets. Sean’s market insights and forecasts have been featured in major publications including MarketWatch, CoinDesk, Barron’s, and Yahoo Finance. Before joining Fundstrat, Sean was a manager in the Transaction Opinions group at Alvarez & Marsal, and previously worked as an associate at Anvil Advisors. Sean holds a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University.

Washington Policy Strategist
Formerly Global Head of Government Relations at J.P. Morgan for 21 years, and previously served as Legislative Assistant and Chief of Staff in the House, and Legislative Staff Director in the Senate.
