Happy Birthday Bitcoin
In celebration of tomorrow’s twelfth birthday celebration for bitcoin – yes, believe it or not, Satoshi’s Nakamoto’s white paper was only released twelve years ago – blockchain cybersecurity firm Halborn released a video of legendary German pop star and former television lifeguard David Hasselhoff leading a group of mostly recognizable celebrities including Charlie Seen and auditory favorite Gilbert Gottfried in wishing bitcoin a happy birthday.
In adding to the mystery behind the leading digital currency, Hasselhoff claims that Satoshi Nakamoto is not the actual inventor of bitcoin revealing that “bitcoin started with the Hoff.”
Jokes aside, while most of us have not been celebrating this technological breakthrough for 12 years, I can say the progress that has been attained during my six year years of celebrations has been incredibly aspiring and can show no greater support than the articles I accumulate every morning. It is unlikely we would be discussing any of this had it not been for Satoshi’s White Paper.
